Account: Permanently Delete

Permanently deleting your Adventure Kelowna account removes your sign-in and profile. You will lose access to this account and its purchases. This cannot be undone.

Upcoming or ongoing events continue with an eligible remaining host, or a current administrator for official events. Events with nobody left to take responsibility are cancelled, paid tickets refunded and attendees notified. Past event history is retained. Your subscription renewals will also be cancelled. Limited identity, agreement and participation evidence is retained privately for our ten-year claims policy. Financial records are retained for tax obligations. An active preservation hold can delay deletion; expired evidence is removed.

To permanently delete your account, fill out the form below and click the link in the e-mail that was sent to the address entered. To delete an account where you no longer have access to the e-mail account, please contact us.
